Recovered public copy describes the meals as low sodium, non-GMO, gluten-free, and made without added hormones. Ingredient, nutrition, preparation, supplier, and cross-contact details remain to be verified.

Plan prices do not include delivery or tax. Checkout adds a $20 flat delivery fee per transaction and 6.25% tax on merchandise after any eligible product discount; shipping stays separate.

Yes, once purchasing is opened. Square Web Payments securely tokenizes card details in the browser, while the server rebuilds the catalog and total before creating the Square order and payment.

The intended flow stores the order first, associates it with Square, reconciles signed webhook events, updates order state, and then sends branded notifications. Email is never the order source of truth.

Contact Semper Fit as soon as possible. An order can be cancelled for a full refund before ingredient purchasing or preparation begins. After that point, prepared orders are generally non-refundable except for missing, incorrect, or unusable items. Report a fulfillment problem within 24 hours. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

No. The website creates a one-time weekly meal-plan order and does not start recurring billing.
