Semper Fit order terms

Policy status: Commercial amounts come from authenticated Jotform/Duda evidence and owner decisions. The operational policy below was recreated under owner authorization because no usable Semper Fit meal-order policy was present in the approved evidence.

Prices, discounts, tax, and delivery

Weekly plans range from $120 to $185. Each selected 5 oz premium protein type adds one $5 charge. Current eligible Square-era discount codes are validated privately by the server; historical Stripe-only discounts are not accepted. Product discounts reduce merchandise before the 6.25% merchandise tax is calculated. A $20 flat delivery charge is added separately per transaction.

Chicago delivery and scheduling

Online orders are accepted only for complete Chicago, Illinois delivery addresses. Semper Fit confirms the delivery day and window using the email or phone number submitted with the order. If a workable delivery schedule cannot be arranged, Semper Fit will cancel the order and return the payment to the original payment method.

Preferences and substitutions

Menu selections are preferences, not a guarantee that every selected item will be available. Ingredient availability may require a comparable substitution. Semper Fit will try to contact the purchaser before a material substitution. If no reasonable substitute is available or accepted, the affected item will be replaced only with purchaser approval or refunded.

Cancellations, refunds, and order problems

Contact Semper Fit as soon as possible to cancel. A full refund is available before ingredient purchasing or preparation for the order begins. After that point, prepared orders are generally non-refundable except for missing, incorrect, or unusable items. Report a fulfillment problem within 24 hours of delivery so Semper Fit can review it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time is controlled by the payment provider and the purchaser’s bank.

Allergies and cross-contact

Customers must disclose allergies and sensitivities in the order form. Semper Fit is not an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee against cross-contact. Menu terms such as “gluten-free” describe recovered meal positioning and do not mean the kitchen is certified allergen-free. Customers with severe or life-threatening allergies should not order online and should contact Semper Fit before making a purchase.

One-time order and secure payment

Each checkout is a one-time weekly meal-plan order; it does not create a subscription. The server independently reconstructs the selected plan, premium add-ons, discount, delivery, tax, and total before creating the Square order and payment. Raw card details are handled by Square and are not stored by Semper Fit’s website.
